Technical Report M 88-301 - surface preparation

Hello, the NF F 01-281 Standards refers these technical report to surface preparation in order to fit metallic inserts, does anyone know about this? Thanks.

Any indication of the source of the standard. I tried a search and got a lot of chinese characters and a reference to a hotel, among many other documents, but nothing relating to surface preparation.
