Teamcenter Release error

Hello,

I have a problem with the release of two parts. After the release command i get the next error:

Action handler "EPM-attach-assembly-components" on action "start" in task "NX Release" recorded the following 2 entries.
Details:
Business rules for handler 'EPM-check-target-object' on action 'Add Attachment' in task 'NX Release'are not met.
Target / Reference object, 'VNB49846/01.001;1-Plate' has invalid values for the properties 'Release Status'

As a test i tried to set the status to "Workshop" and that was no problem.
After this workflow i tried to Release the drawing again and i still get a error, but now a bit different.

Has anybody a idea how i can solve this problem?
(But if this get's to complicated for me, I give this problem to a higher level. But i want to learn, so i'll try it myself first.)
