Teamcenter Edit Properties Dialogue Box Disappears

When a user clicks edit properties (ie to edit the name) it pops up with the check out box, but the actual dialogue box to edit the details doesn't appear.

I have tried:

Reinstalling Java (we currently use 7.51 due to other applications)
Reinstalling Teamcenter
Updating Graphics drivers


Team center 8.3.3.5
4 Tier install

clean the cache ?
Strange thing is that we see the same behaviour sometimes, in TC 10.1....

Is this just a case of removing all files from c:/Temp and C:/users/<Username>/Teamcenter

I've had this happen to me a handful of times. I'm not sure what causes it, but it is as if the window is popping up behind the main TC window. If I remember correctly you just press Shift+Left and it will bring the window to the front.

I am also in TC 10.1, so hopefully it works for your version as well.

So this actually happened to me today. It's not Shift+Left as I stated above, it is actually Windows+Left.
