TcE Visualization 10.1 - how to?

Is TcE Visualizaiton 10.1 documentation still online? If so, I can't find it.

A few questions:
1) How can you measure from a tab to a slot clearance?
2) Can you measure from tab to plane?
3) Can you assembly tab to plane to bias to one side of a slot?
