I'm trying to evaluate the target displacement of my Push-Over-Analysis. I used the Accel load case to receive the pushovercurve and according to Eurocode 8 the target displacement are generated for Damage limitation, Significant damages and near collapse are 0,5; 1,0 and 1,5 of the load case. Now if I change the scale factor of the loadcase obviously nothing changes in the pushover curve. SAP2000 has the option to get the target displacement via atc-40 capacity spectrum methode. for this I could scale the Response Spektrum to get the target displacements, but I'm not sure if that is, how it's done.. Does anybody know, how to get these results?
