We have a high pressure pump MC200/4 wich have been bulit by Sulzer company.
Now we have a problem with the reparing of its discharge side bearings wich are 2 taper roller bearing 31319(face to face).
As you know a ring should be placed between them(sacer ring).The distance between outer rings of bearings is 35.1 mm.
then what do you suggest for this ring's Size, tolerance and materila?
In simple way how we can calculate the length (tolerance) of ring between outer rings of 31319 bearings and how we can adjust the axial internal clearance of bearing pair 31319.
