Tank Fire Statistics

Can anyone direct me to a source or sources of statistics on tank fires, rim fire, and loading rack fires? Either percentage based, or quantity. I'd like to see what percentage or how many/year of each occurs, to help make decisions to the importance of the various systems.

API RP 2021, Management of Atmospheric Storage Tank Fires has an appendix that documents the loss history of approximately 400 storage tanks over a 45 year period. It does not include any loss history on loading racks.

I've used this document for years, especially for developing emergency response plans to petroleum terminals. It's a good publication.
