tank fabrication software

Can some one direct me in the right direction. I need to find a software program capable of helping a fab shop building varius tanks ranging from 250 gal to 50,000 gal tanks. Needs to compulate dimensions and volumes, tanks will be built to ul standards. It would also be a plus if software can also help in design aspects in accordance of api 650.

The layout-type items vary from shop to shop enough that I doubt you'll find much. A lot of this could be handled through spreadsheets.

There are some commercial programs available for API tank design, but I don't know if they are up to date for Addendum 4.
