Dear Expertise,
I'm in the study of saddle calculation with the help of Dennis moss 3rd edition manual.And I'm really stucked in the portion of tangential shear stress explained in this manual.my doubts are
1.At S6 tangential shear-shell not stiffened,A>0.5R.as they given if A value is more than half of the radius value it will be unstiffened in my Understanding is that right?
2.Its too confusing when I read S7 & S8. What does really they mean.
Please could someone help me out?
