tag limit exceeded

I am designing a PP part with a TPE over mold. The part is pretty large with 1100 commands. About 2x a day I get an error that says something like this "Tag Limit Exceeded. Part may be corrupt. Close part, do not save. Restart NX". I have no choice but to shut down NX, loosing any work that has been done since my last save. What does this mean? I have done a part clean up and it seems to be ok. I save more often now.

I get a simliar error with internal error invalid solid object tag. What I do when I get this error, I do a featureplay back from begining directly after I get this error. It cleans up my model. May try it and give it a shot. GTAC would be a good call also.

Thanks! I have changed a value in the beginning of the command tree to force a regen. Hopefully it works/helps.
