tables in format not showing in drawing

I'm in WF5, and the tables that I add to the format aren't
showing up in the drawing.

If I add a text box in the format, that shows up in the
drawing.

Just not tables. Any thoughts?

Tables are copied from the format into the drawing when the format is applied. You will have to re-apply the format for new tables to show up. Everything else in the format is just "overlaid" so those objects show up automatically.
