Vendor has furnished the T-S characteristics for the Fan (244 RPM) to be installed in the Air cooled Heat Exhanger. The Rotor shaft power is 13.5kw at the inelt air temperature condition , and at 5deg C the Rotor shaft power is 15.3kw and the Rotor shaft power @API point is given as 18kw. While furnishing the T-S curve the vendor has given as Torque @244 RPM = 54kgm. and the Rotor shaft power is 13.5kw. Following are the things I want to know.
What is meant by @API point.
Will the torque vary when at 5Deg C & API point and should the vendor has to give those details .

The vendor would be the best source to confirm your question, but I believe the API point would be at 40C if your altitude does not exceed 1000m, if it is designed to API-661.

According to your post the Power at 5C and APIpoint was given and you want the Torque at those points. I think you need just need to do some math, Power = Torque x RPM.
