Anybody have a source for estimating different HVAC systems annual maintenance costs? Using data for LCC analysis on projects and wanted something more accurate than my guestimates. I figured BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) would have something but can’t seem to locate anything useful.

ASHRAE has a paper on this subject that you can download. Do a search for ASHRAE Maintenance Cost.
