Symmetry

Dear All,

I am currently working on solidworks 2008 and encountered a problem. I initially made a cuboid and on one half have got a complex 3d design that I made (using cylinders etc). Now I was wondering that if anyone could tell me how I could sort of mirror that same design on the otherside of the cuboid exactly symmetrical. This is very important since I want my design to be symmetrical. I couldnt find 3D symmetry option.
Need help....

Use Mirror command (under Insert, Pattern/Mirror, Mirror) or on the feature toolbar.
