Swagelok type compression fitttings and the codes 1

I want to know whether the compression type type of fittings and joints used by Swagelok / Parker are actually allwed by code (B31.3 /B31.4 ?
If yes under which clause ?

Yes, see para315 in B31.3 (currently looking @ the 2010 edt).
Swagelok has documents supporting their conformity to B31.3 too.
