codeeng thanks, but no. The fitting may be called something else, but is commonly referred to as a swage. It is a transition from round to obround, and the few I've seen are buttweld. They are used to put a nozzle onto a air-cooler box header where header dimensions do not allow room for round pipe and opening. Probably 6" and up.
Any air cooler folks out there?
