SW2008 SP1.0 to 1.1

Hi all

If I remember well, Solidworks used to make available for download only those files that needed to be updated from a SPx.0 to a SPx.1 or SPx.2....

I was suprised to see that all files, including COSMOS, are available for download if I update from SW2008 SP1.0 to 1.1.

Does that means that all files must be updated? (that's strange!)

Hard to say, since the list of fixed stuff comes days after the fix itself is posted. (You'd think the list of fixes would be ready before the service pack itself--whatever.)

The SPR list is now published.

I can see that only Solidworks 1.0 is updated.

Only this one to be downloaded and installed.

I guess that Solidworks as all files available for download as SP1.1 because the download of SP1.0 is no longer available.

If they fix, for instance, a PDMWorks or SW x64 bug they need to bump every product to ensure PDMWorks compatibility. So there could be no fixed bugs at all.
