SW saving problem

When I Save a Solidworks drawing the message 'setpixelformatfailed' appears and the program crashes. Can anyone help?

This error is vague. What OS are you using NT, Win 98 etc?Also how much RAM is available? What processor type? These could be factors in the crash.
