i want to modelled suspension bridge, but the problem is that, if i use main cable & suspender ( cable section) mode shape not show corretly, add if i use main cable & suspender ( frame section) mode shape show corretly. what is the corret solution because cable have no bending moment but frame have bending moment.

saebamu, have you evaluated the modal results when you based the modal case on the stiffness of a nonlinear P-Delta case? A nonlinear P-Delta case which includes selfweight, and perhaps some percentage of vehicle load? In a cable suspension bridge, consideration of P-Delta in the modal case could potentially make a significant difference.
