Surface tension simulation

Dear all,

I am simulating the flow in microchannel, driven by surface tension. I did somes before and it worked well, but about the surface tension, I can not. The channel with the width of 100 um, the other calculation showed that the flow automatically run, but ANSYS 6.0 may have some problem?
I have read all the help availble on the ANSY help, but I still stuck.
Please help me, I am so urgent now.
