Surface energy vs surface free energy of Polymer

What is the difference between surface energy and surface free energy, in terms of physics?

I found surface energy of a solid sometimes refers to the surface tension and they have equivalent units.

However, I am confused about surface free energy....any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
