I need to some high temperature fasteners quickly for an R&D experiment. Size around M10 or 3/8" x 150 mm long with nuts. Any style would do.

Working condition are 900c, 1600F in air.

I have been recommended Haynes 320 alloy but cant locate anyone to make up small quantity with a quick delivery.

I know such products are specialized but can anybody recommend vendor who may have something in stock?

Many thanks

I don't think you will find any company that stocks fasteners fabricated from Haynes 320. Just finding bar/rod of Haynes 320 in a particular size is no small feat. In terms of in-stock fasteners for high temperature applications, I think Waspaloy is probably the most readily available material. I would contact Aerodyne or some of the fastener manufacturers that supply the aero engine market like Saturn Fasteners, Houston Precision Fasteners, Vegas Fastener Manufacturing, or SPS (Aerex 350 is close to Haynes 320 for temperature resistance).
