Sugiyama's Perforated Shear Wall Paper

Does anyone have access to, or know where I could get my hands on Sugiyama's paper on perforated shear wall design? I'm trying to get to the guts of these things to get a better understanding of them, instead of relying on the washed out stuff from the IBC. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.
