Suggestions to Ratchet Two Sides

I'm designing a ratchet handle with gears to rotate something 90 degrees in either direction, but I want a safety in the form of a ratchet.

I've found two ways to have a two-sided ratchet here:

Namely, C and D, but I can't find a vendor that sells them. I might have to design and machine type C.

Are there other options if I want a method to allow ratcheting in either direction, or are there vendors that sell these pawls?
