suggestion for unigraphic

hi ,
i have scanned object (look in the attached file) with 3D coordinator , and i have get a drawing file "STL".
so i will have some circle on the drawing , my question if i can found the center of this circle with unigraphic and make modification on the drawing , for example , change the diamter, ??
