Sufrace Area of Assy

I am trying to meausre the total internal sufrace area of an vessel with internal parts. I need the info as a total wetted area of the vessel, I can see how to measure a single surface using the analysis/measure/type/area command but fail to see how I can extend the selction to all of the internal surfaces of my assy.


Any ideas on a way forward?

perhaps create a shrinkwrap of the ass'y you hope to measure- create a new ass'y, place the shrinkwrap within it, assembly to the shrinkwrap a dummy solid of appropriate size, do a quilt cut, and measure surface area of the cut-away dummy solid.
