Style/color library?

I seem to have lost the color library in a part file. Can I import the library of colors back?
Thanks in advance.
 
It should be related to your project settings. Please go to your project editor, and set "Use Styles Library" to be "yes" or "read only". Now you should be able to see all the color styles.
