study run time changes

I had a model that was doing MPA (10%) in about 4hours, i set up an exact copy of this model and is now taking up to 24 hours to complete any thoughts on why this could be happening
 
Take a look at your mesh. Anything strange? Incomplete?

If you don't create the mesh before the analysis, Mechanica
will have to recreate the mesh each time you run the
analysis.
