What are the principles behind stud design? Should bottom fit studs be tightened into the base of blind holes, or should they be assembled loose with loctite to secure? Thanks.

Stud should be snug to the shoulder of the hole. Adhesive will not add to clamping force. Get on arp website or call them. Excellant product.-----Phil
