Stubbe Pressure Relief / overflow valve testing?

What are the maintenance and testing requirement for ASV Stubbe PRV? This is constructed of PVC material and has been used on acid packages. The valve claims to be maintenance free. We need to know whether any periodic functional testing required and the testing procedure.
