Structural notes for mortared stone wall

I'm designing a wingwall system for a box culvert out of mortared stone and geogrid. I have a nice set of construction notes for the geogrid but was hoping someone might have a link or input into the stone/mortar notes... for instance language referencing stone placement to avoid running joints, mortar standards, etc. Thanks.
