Their contract form is almost reminiscent of a slave form?

I'm sure you will have recourse for mistreatment and rights as an individual for fair treatment.

MY question is do they have actual structural engineering duties (design and analysis) on daily bases or just stand by for field fixing works?
if anyone here has similar job experience ?

Are you being sent to an engineering company or to a construction site or an existing plant located overseas?

You would have to talk to the supervisor. I would not trust what the recruiter is saying. When I was at an oil service company, I had engineer in my title but most of my time was spent supervising a crew, being the middle man between the customer and the yard, collecting invoices, and putting out fires (figuratively though literally is a real risk).

Well obv not much engineering and analysis because it was already done. Answering RFIs, meetings, "watching" construction people. Should be a valuable experience once you get back to "engineering and analysis".

@ GC_Hopi Thanks for the information. "Putting out fires" this is what i was talking about, actual works are not what they inscribed it
@ rb1957 mud is not an issue, it came with job description, unless you mean different kind of dirt?
@ AskTooMuch appreciate your inputs

Your resume would look good once you add commissioning and construction experience in there.
