Structural design fee for commercial

I can't find the thread that discusses current structural design fees for commercial design; and it appears that the search feature is not working. Can anyone lead me to that thread. Thanks.

No, actually it was how to calculate the project design fee. It discussed fees based on the total construction costs, based on a percentage of the total cost. I think it also mentioned some cents per square foot.

It varies widely be the difficulty of the project, from a fraction of a percent to several percent.

A couple of weeks ago the search was down for "maintenance." I've been having a lot of trouble searching since then. I think they need to revert back to the way it used to work.
