Strange thing discovers creo cutline milling

Strange thing discovers in creo manufacturing.I use cutline to machine this surface.. after machining the surface I see a line on the surface .. when I investigate..this thing come out ... what is this can someone have the same experience.. looking advise how to get rid this issue.
