Strain gauges and typical millistrain

Hi,

Im trying to test a signal conditioing circuit for a strain gauge bridge full bride setup. I am going test the circuit with two ac signal inputs to replicate the bridge voltage. Can anyone tell me typical ranges of millistrain so I can change the values of the four resistors to set the bridge voltages?
Apparently it ranges only in a few millistrains.
I am using four 350ohm strain gauges.

A commercial force transducer might put out 2.5 mV/V at rated max load. If it's using 2 active gages then that works out to a strain of .0025.
