.STP import problems

I have a step file that when imported into Pro/E 4.0 does not come in the way I need it to. The corners of small steps/terraces (they are .0002" high) are not forming correctly I have tightened the accuracy to .00001 and seen some improvement, but I still have errors. The pic shows how it should be on bottom and then how it is on top. What am I missing? Mastercam brings it in without any problems. Thanks in advance.

After trying every config option that could remotely work one by one it was: restricted_gtol_dialog. I changed it to "no" everything is fine so far. . .
