There are two methods of installation of stone columns by vibroflats:-
Wet method (Top feed)
Dry method (Bottom feed)

Is it possible to go for wet method with Bottom feed vibrofloats

Your methods are almost correct. There is also dry top feed. Why do you need wet feed? Yes it is possible to do wet bottom feed.
