Hi Im using catia v5r16 im doing lathe machining. I can machine the thing fine but i want to know how to use the automatic stock input. I have automatic stock selection on. I then go to roughing and do what i usually do click the part to machine. I then click the compute tool path and it gives me an error. Saying its not link or something and catia then shuts off. Anyone know how to use this feature. I dont want to be machining useless space when there is no material there
