Stndard length tolerances for plastic profiles 1

If I have 5000mm long PEX pipe, should I put +-30 mm tolerance or not? What are standards for tolerances for plastic and other materials?

You need to determine what tolerance you can live with on the length. What is your default tolerance for a 500mm long part in your drawing titleblock. It may either be an ISO table tolerance or a specified tolerance based on decimal places.
For the extruded shape, the tolerance should be specified by the manufacturer or some industry spec.

JNieman, on 5m plastic pipe I can "survive" with +-30mm, bu question is what is ISO standard tolerance for plastic, as if it is less then +-30mm then I do not want it on drawing. if it is more then I want it, same like general length tolerances ISO_2768-1, just for plastics (if there is one for plastics)

looslib, it is not question of particular number, more like how to evade putting tolerances on all lengths by placing ISO standard in title block. I would like to know what ISO I can use for plastic as 2768 is too tight, we do not need to increase cost by requesting supplier to deliver plastic pipes with lengths tolerances by ISO 2768.

So is there any ISO that I can refer to, or just to make table with acceptable tolerances for pipe and place it next to title block?

There is no ISO general tolerances standard for plastic (yet).

There are local standards adopted by different countries. To the best of my knowledge, none of them go as far as 5000 mm nominal dimension range.

I don't see anything in ISO 2768-1 that makes it material specific.
Using 2768-v for the tolerance class, the tolerance table only goes to 4m which is +/-8mm, so a 5m length would require you to apply your own tolerance.

Take closer look:

From ISO 2768-1, Paragraph 1 Scope:

"It applies to dimensions of parts that are produced by metal removal or parts that are formed from sheet metal"
