I need some help deciphering the attached beam schedule. For stirrup spacing at each end of the beam (SPACE EA. END), a list of fractions is shown. For example, 5/8, 3/12, rest @ 14" o/c. What do those fractions mean? Five stirrups at 8" OC, three at 12" OC, then the rest at 14" OC?
