Hi everyone, got a question. I use MS Project to schedule all crafts on a construction site. I need to know if, for example: Task -
Install Recycle Line - (Duration 15 days) I want 6 pipefitters for the first 10 days and then reduce to 3 pipefitters for the remaining 5 days.I cannot figure out if Project will allow you to do that on the same task line, or if I have to create a new task, same description and reduce manpower, and naturally link to follow behind the first one requiring 6 people. Hmmmmmm I think I'm confused now!
