Sorry for this simple question but...

Where can I find a list of steel tubing classifications and abbreviations that would include the definition of DOAK and EWST. Drawn over ??? or Electrically welded ???

Not sure, but they might be manuafacturer's names.

ASTM A 513 covers welded tubing and A 519 covers seamless tubing. I don't recognize either of these acronyms. Is it possible that the first item is DQAK? This term is used to describe low carbon sheet steel (Drawing Quality Aluminum Killed) that could possibly be used for roll formed and welded tubes.

Thanks TVP. I'm quite certain that you're correct on this.
