Steel Pipe Deflection (Trenchless)

Hello,
I'm looking to find a complete equation and source for Steel Pipe deflection. The pipe will be buried 10+ ft under the ground and the diameter is to be at least 48". The method of installation will be trenchless. Thanks!

I have seen an article (as part of a book with many authors) where Watkins gave details of loadings on trenchless construction. I think he has taken over from Marston & Spangler in pipe research.

I found the article.
The book is Foundation Engineering Handbook with chapter 23 'buried structures' by R K Watkins, engineering experiment station, Utah State Uni.
On page 655 (section 23.8), Watkins shows a graph of a tunnel load coefficient (Cw) vs H/B (depth / diameter), to be used in calculating dead load soil pressure on a tunnel liner (rigid conduit driven or jacked into place). The graph indicates soils of clay, sand & gravel & soils with no cohesion.
