Steel Angle Embed Design

I'm checking the capacity of an angled embed plate with nelson studs, as shown in the image I have attached.

I'm fairly familiar with ACI-318-08 Appendix D for anchor design, but I cannot find any guidance relating to this particular arrangement, ie. studs at 45 degree angles to a corner. I'm not sure how to proceed with this.

Any help would be tremendously appreciated. Perhaps there is a design example for this somewhere? I've checked the PCI handbook and ACI 349.2R-07 to no avail.

The stud will be either controlled in strength by steel section or pull concrete shear. The normal assumption is to consider the surface of the cone in shear, then use a simplification for Vc, pull, based on projected area. Now if you see the attached image, your pull cone gets restricted to some smaller area. I have developed the cone surface and with some approximation (since I on haste use a very flat arc of circle to simulate a very flat arc) you should use about 42% of the pull shear force for the complete cone, for such is the percentage of the remaining surface of the cone available for shear. This of course if studs work independently, i.e. are each other more than twice the embedment of the stud.

As you can see my estimate is for the force ALIGNED with the stud. For horizontal force a .7 factor at least will be required as a guess.
