Steam water separation velocity

Is there any calculated way to know how pure is the steam going out of a separator. If i know the velocity and all the sizes can I know the fraction of water in the steam flowing out?

It all depends on the design of the internals of the separator. Does it have a tengential entry and an axial discharge. Does it have an internal baffle? Demister pad?

in addition to what elguero suggests, the velocity should be less than k*sqrt(rol/rov-1), also what size of dtoplets you need to remove?

Demisters help scrubbing out smaller water droplets from a stream than could settle out by gravity alone, producing steam of better quality.

No demister and no baffle. it have a tengential entry and an axial discharge. Separation speed is about 2 m/s. Is it possible to batch the separation and use 2 separators one after the other. after some thinking i cant see why so tank you any way unless u think other way.
