Steam venting.

I have an application where we use hot water and steam to sanitize storage tanks. Currently the tanks are vented inside of the room but I want to use some sort of steam trap at the vent to capture the steam. Venting to outside is possible but in the summers the ambient exterior temperature can get up to 100F and in the winter the temps are in the 20's or lower. Any suggestions on how I can go about this? Also, this is in a class 1000 clean room.
