Steam boiler emission limits in California

I'm looking for emission limits in the State of California (US) for a low pressure (14 psig) steam boiler with an output of 1000 kg/hr (2200 lbs/hr) and a thermal power of 775 kW (2644 MBtu/hr). Fuel is diesel oil.
