Static Equipment

Dear All,

Am new to this Static Equipment Field.. Now i have around 2yr experience only. So please advise me some training related to design and selection of static equipment (Tanks and pressure vessels), The training should cover API 650, AP 653 etc & ASME Sec VIII .

ASME VIII-I has a combo course for training. I would search through their website calendar for upcoming events. In 2012, they had it in New Orleans, LA (1 week).

API 650 also has a week training. Check their calender.

Also, do you use a commercial software? I know Compress also have seminars for ASME VIII. I have not attended since I already did the ASME Combo Course. I am interested in the Heat exnchange seminar but unfortunately, Compress people do not offer them as of this time.
