Static equilibrium solution error

I have a question, where do I make the MATRIX and error changes to the static equilibrium solution that was mentioned in this forum? Is that window inside the Adams view o where can I do it? Here is the screenshot of the post:

That's a screenshot from ADAMS /Car, not /View.
