In another project we have an electrical room in which we have encountered breaker failures, we have verified the system condition at the time of failures ( system loading, etc) and found no issues. Enviromental elements were checked and due to the type of failures phase to phase and phase to ground the possibility of static has come into the conversation. However I have not see static as an issue in indoor LV systems. Any thoughts????

How about condensation? Do the failures often happen during a time of rising temperature such as early in the morning. Are there abrupt temperature changes in the electrical room?

What type of breakers and trip units are they? Certian types are prone to failures from harmonics.
